In the past i have not really had much experience of these guidelines. However as we plan to show our work at the degree show it will be necessary. In the past i have had issues when it comes to having the correct settings for compositions. This has lead to work not looking as good as it should do.
Often the problem is rendering in the correct size. For this project we will be using HD1080
In order to achieve this we will need to use settings of 1920 x 1080.
We will also have to keep an eye on the colours we use so that no "illegal colours" are used. We can see the colours available.
Sound levels must also be within the required fields.
For these guidelines we will be using the BBC Technical Standards.
It is important to stick to these guidelines. For instance using to many flashing lights could cause seizures amongst some people.
Luckily enough the programs i will be using should help us stick to these standards as many have built in options.
For instance we will be able to use premier to insert the Clock and sound test before our film.
